Product Warranty
Accuratime Corp warranties are now automatically registered when you purchase a watch. However, please note that certain manufacturer warranties (companies listed below) may still require manual warranty registration.
Accuratime.com will provide service and support for every brand name watch sold on our website for a period of 1 to 5 year after the purchase (see chart for exceptions). Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to the watch movement. However, it does not cover "external damage" to the product.
What's Covered: Our warranty applies to the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Watch movement
What's Not Covered: Please note that the Accuratime.com warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from water/moisture
- Damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
- Damage caused by having the watch serviced by a third party, which nullifies the warranty from Accuratime.com
- Excessive wear and tear or usage conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines
- Consequential and incidental damages
The warranty also does not cover:
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use
- External damage to the product, including the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch
- Defects caused by outside force, improper use, dropping, or banging the timepiece
- Lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face
- Outside modifications and third-party repair attempts, which void the warranty
- Damage caused by usage conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer's water resistance guidelines, specifically for watches labeled as water-resistant with a screw-down crown. The crown must be properly screwed down at all times to prevent water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by Accuratime.com or any manufacturer.
The Fine Print: Accuratime.com will repair or replace the product at our discretion, covering the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.
Please note that Accuratime.com disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages resulting from a breach of the written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
